If anyone has given Life Chiro less than 5 Stars...they simply do not know what they are talking about. I moved to San Diego from the East Coast about a year ago, and had the absolute worst experience with another chiropractor in SD...a friend referred me to Life Chiro, and it has been life-changing. I have only been seeing them for a few months, but the extent that they have helped me is unbelievable. I was a competitive dancer for most of my life, and as a result now suffer from horrible back problems. The Dr's have gone above and beyond to display professionalism, integrity and genuine care for me, and I can't thank them enough.

I have to be honest... I have been holding out on making a review of this business (we started in July) but the time has come...Let me start off by telling you what a big skeptic I am or was! My husband, mom, and daughter have all been under Chiropractic care but I was not interested. I finally gave in and I am happy that I did. The staff here is amazing!! You walk in and you are greeted by Rosie, if you are having a bad day her amazing attitude will turn it right around!! Dr Mary is a joy to talk to, she is the kind of person that looks at you when you are talking and acts like talking to you is all she has to do in her day. Dr Ron is a sweet man and my (almost) 2 yr old daughter has no problem being adjusted by him. Jodi is so sweet as is Dr Paul. The entire staff is military and family friendly. I love everyone here!! If you are in the San Diego area and are interested in Chiropractic care this is the place to be. PS...If you are thinking, "Why should I listen to her, this is her first experience?"...My mom is 68 and has been under Chiropractic care for 33 years. She says that this is the best care that she has ever received. My husband has been adjusted since he was a baby and he also feels that Dr. Ron is the best! AND my 23 month old daughter climbs up on the table by herself to be adjusted, they must be doing something right ;)

Wow, where do I start! Life chiropractic is life changing!! And im not kidding. In my case I have pretty severe scoliosis with lots of pain. So I have seen may chiropractors. But everything changed when I saw the Drs. They put me on my own "path to healing" and make treatments custom for me. Ron and Mary are outstanding Drs. They are well educated in both chiropractic and holistic approaches to health. I have been with them over a year now and Im feeling better than ever, I can walk! The office is nice and the staff is awesome. Rosie and Ashley have great customer service. Even the patients they see are great!! They offer FREE exams and even have text message appointment reminders!! How awesome is that? I highly recommend going here and also get a massage by Bonnie! She's the best masseuse in the world!!!

I have known the husband and wife chiropractors Dr. Ron Oberstein and Dr. Mary Oberstein for most of my life and I can tell you that these are the kind of doctors who have a passion for helping people get well and deliver their gentle healing care with love. If you have a spine and nerve system that needs some care, you will be very happy here.

I had a great experience working getting an evaluation with these guys. Dr. Matt and Dr. Lauren were both a pleasure to work with and they explained a lot to me about what was going on with my back, neck, and nervous system. I'm looking forward to going back when I get a chance!

The doctors at life chiropractic are THE BEST!! They go above and beyond for their patients with every visit. I would never recommend another chiropractor to anyone. They even offer short tutorials after hours to reach people exercises that they can do at home for free! Try them out, you won't be disappointed.

Omg how do they not have any reviews yet?? Ive been having sciatic pain and after going go the doctors and other chiropractors, these guys right here have made me feel as though my body is getting better in the right path. Thanks again for making me hopeful!

So much for to our nervous system than I never knew. This place has really helped with my overall health and they are very friendly and nice to work with.

This is a place full of real life superheros. Rosie handles business up front like Bette Davis handles acting. Dr. Mary is like the mom every kid dreams of having. Dr. Ron's the man. Nuff said. Dr. Matt and Dr. Lauren have their own practice in the same building and they handle it like champs. Dean has been a great addition to the family as well. Their work has changed me for the best and I'd suggest them to anyone who's unsure about chiropractic but has chronic pain that nothing seems to help with. Or ya know, anyone and everyone really.

The whole team at Life Chiropractic treats you as a valued friend and patient. Rosie always greets you as you walk in the door. Dr. Eva has a warm, welcoming smile on her face. And Dr Mary, well, she is love and compassion incarnate. Oh, and the docs know just where "it hurts" and how to attend to it.

Life Chiropractic Center is located in a shopping center in the Clairemont area of San Diego. The waiting room is bright, spacious, and very family-friendly. The staff is very cordial upon entering the office, and always provides excellent customer service. The doctors that work here are very professional and communicate and discuss everything very clearly up front. Not only have they helped me with my health concerns, but they do so with lots of passion and genuine care. I always recommend friends or family in SD to Life Chiropractic Center if they are interested in receiving the best chiropractic care!

My wife and I always look forward to our appointments. We've been coming here for almost two years. The staff are wonderful and are always willing to squeeze us in if our schedule changes. We also love the family atmosphere and how bright and cheery the office is.

There is no better place than Life Chiropractic! I was in an accident when I was a child which has led to many health issues as I became older. I've suffered from numbness in my arms and hands, numbness and tingling at the base of my neck, I suffered from digestive issues, asthma and allergies. I used to think chiropractors just popped your back, that was it. It is so much more than that! Life Chiropractic really educated me on what they do. They work on your entire nervous system and explained how everything in your body correlates with each other. The passion that I felt from everyone here when they explained what it is that they do has made me a lifetime customer. They treat you like family here and really truly care about your well-being. I've never experienced this at any other office in my entire life and really feel welcome and cared for when I walk in the door. I wouldn't recommend any other place than here. If you are having troubles and just want your body back and to feel great again, go here! You won't regret it!

Highly recommended for athletes!!! Go see Dr. Matt! I thought I was in good shape because I run, lift, play sports, and have a physically demanding job. Turns out I was missing a major component of overall physical health. After feeling a strange and painful pop in my neck while doing some pull-ups, I followed my girlfriends advice and tried chiropractic. I was skeptical, thinking that I was in good shape and there was nothing chiropractic care would really do for me. I WAS WRONG! Turns out, while I was fine in the muscle and endurance departments, I was seriously lacking in flexibility, mobility, and posture. Dr. Pennetti and his team taught me several stretches and exercises to help rejuvenate my spine and give me greater range of motion. When I first tried the exercises I realized how tight and limited my mobility really was. I could barely hold a position of good posture for more than 20 seconds. After sticking with the exercises and adjustments for a few months I have experienced a drastic change in my daily life. Not only do I feel better, but I run faster, lift heavier, have more endurance, feel taller?!?!, and have had several people close to me say that my posture has completely changed. I know many people think of chiropractic care when it comes to injuries, etc, but I HIGHLY recommend it for athletes and those looking to continue an active lifestyle for a long time to come. Life Chiropractic Center is absolutely amazing, and the staff there really seem to genuinely care about your well-being, which makes it feel like you're greeting friends every time you walk through the door. Anyway, I was urged by my boyfriend to contact them after suffering for about 7-8 years from cluster headaches (and 20+ years from migraines). It had gotten to a point where my head was hurting so much that I'd cry sometimes out of sheer frustration. It was not uncommon for me to have migraines five out of seven days a week -- cluster headaches were probably bi-monthly but were completely debilitating. My quality of life was poor, but I'd just gotten used to it and accepted that this was how I had to live. Within the first week of getting treatment with Dr. Matt, my migraines had already lessened. Within the first month, I was practically migraine-free. I've been going 3x a week for 3-4 months now, and I almost never get migraines now (vs the almost daily pain I had to deal with). Everyone here knows what they're doing, and I feel so blessed to have found such a wonderful place. If you're skeptical and/or a migraine sufferer, I urge you to give it a try. I went into it without any expectations but was blown away by how much of a difference it made in my life.
