Dr. James Hook, D.C.Chiropractor
Dr. James Hook grew up in beautiful Bozeman Montana. He started playing sports at an early age, which is where he developed his passion for human anatomy and physiology. James went on to play NCAA basketball at Montana State University Billings while also earning a bachelor’s degree in exercise science. The desire to help others reach a higher level of health led him to pursue his doctorate of Chiropractic degree from Life Chiropractic College West, where he graduated magna cum laude.
Dr. James is highly passionate about helping people of all ages realize and achieve their true health potential by helping to educate them about all aspects of health and wellness.

Dr. James specializes in Chiropractic care, as well as functional assessment and corrective exercise.
When not at the office, Dr. James enjoys exercising, being at the beach, playing sports, and continuing to learn more about health and human function.
Rosie D’Alessandro is our Director of First Impressions and Office Manager. She is the voice you hear when you call our office, and the one to welcome you when you arrive. Rosie is devoted to creating a warm and hospitable atmosphere for our patients, visitors and staff, and is part of a dedicated team working for you.
A New York girl at heart, Rosie came to San Diego to take care of her father. While living in California, her roommate who had been working as a Chiropractic Assistant introduced her to Chiropractic Care. Rosie’s growing interest in overall health and wellness made her pursue a career in Office Management. Her years of experiences working with a few healthcare professionals finally led her to Life Chiropractic Center. Having been here since 2010, Rosie says, “that she’s finally found her home.'
When she’s not at Life Chiropractic Center, Rosie enjoys spending time with her beautiful family. She has 3 children and is a “young' grandmother to 5 gorgeous grand-daughters whom she loves and adores.
