Highly recommended for athletes!!! Go see Dr. Matt! I thought I was in good shape because I run, lift, play sports, and have a physically demanding job. Turns out I was missing a major component of overall physical health. After feeling a strange and painful pop in my neck while doing some pull-ups, I followed my girlfriends advice and tried chiropractic. I was skeptical, thinking that I was in good shape and there was nothing chiropractic care would really do for me. I WAS WRONG! Turns out, while I was fine in the muscle and endurance departments, I was seriously lacking in flexibility, mobility, and posture. Dr. Pennetti and his team taught me several stretches and exercises to help rejuvenate my spine and give me greater range of motion. When I first tried the exercises I realized how tight and limited my mobility really was. I could barely hold a position of good posture for more than 20 seconds. After sticking with the exercises and adjustments for a few months I have experienced a drastic change in my daily life. Not only do I feel better, but I run faster, lift heavier, have more endurance, feel taller?!?!, and have had several people close to me say that my posture has completely changed. I know many people think of chiropractic care when it comes to injuries, etc, but I HIGHLY recommend it for athletes and those looking to continue an active lifestyle for a long time to come.
